One limit worth stating plainly: cookies set by a third party live on that party’s domain, and no website can delete another domain’s cookies from your browser. If you withdraw consent after a third-party tool has already loaded, we stop it loading again and hide it, but any cookie it has already placed remains until you clear it in your browser. This is why non-essential technologies are not loaded until you have accepted them.
